the hotel was excellent, i loved brand-new rooms and brilliantly friendly staff. location: the property was close enough to santa cruz and the philippines and near fastfood. i had coffee at ichill theater cafe, located within 10 minutes walk.

We had a very pleasant experience in this absolutely great hotel. The entire staff was very attentive. The outdoor bar was a delightful surprise. We really enjoyed it and didn't want to say goodbye. Rewritten: Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The staff were so attentive and friendly. It was conveniently located near a medical school. The outdoor bar was a delightful surprise that we truly enjoyed and didn't want to leave.

Having an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and kitchenware in my superior queen room was a very thoughtful addition. the property's location was good, close to the station. - A few times I ate at Kuya J's Restaurant, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

We 100% recommend this hotel. the venue was excellent. - the room was relaxing. - We liked the absolutely friendly staff. - the hotel was adjacent to convenience stores and a mall. - It was at a walking distance from McDonald's, offering food to go.

During my recent stay at Oriental Zen Suites, I was impressed by the seamless check-in process and the accommodating receptionists. They addressed my concerns promptly and made me feel welcome. The room itself was classy and had all the necessary amenities, including cable TV, a fridge, and even slippers. The complimentary Jollibee breakfast was a nice touch, and I appreciated that I could place my order the night before and choose the serving time. The location was perfect for my needs, being close to the UST hospital and various bus terminals. I had a satisfying stay at Oriental Zen Suites.
Although my stay was mostly positive, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the air-conditioning in the room was dripping water, which led to the need for a new bedsheet for the extra bed.
